Going Away Party

My going away party was last Thursday, August 5th... I had SO much fun! We had food from Qdoba (which was delicious) and my family made all the desserts and appetizers. There were like 50 people who came, and it was really fun. Friends from church, school and exchange all came to enjoy the fun. All the family was there too (: Mom got a pillow case and had all the guests sign it with little thought. It is really cute and will definatley cheer me up on my down days.

I was in Seattle all weekend with my cousins, aunt and uncle. Jane (4 3/4 yo cousin), Sam (my little sister) and I went swimming on Saturday. On Sunday Aunt Steph, Sam, Kealy (Stephs friend) and I went shopping in down town Seattle. And on Monday I went to hang out with my oldest cousin Stacia (21 yo) at her Hair school. That was a really fun day! She did my hair and nails. And when she was done I went shopping while she had another client

30 days and counting!

Getting down to the wire here! Still waiting for my visa, but my travel agent said it should be coming in the next week or two. My first host family is amazing, and I haven't even met the whole family yet. My going away party is the 5th of August form 5:30 till about 8. Come join the fun :)
